EBC is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join its team.
- Working closely with the CEO, he/she will drive new business development, devise and execute marketing and communication campaigns and provide the Sales team with the strategy and the support to manage existing customers.
- This role is about evaluating the market, the products and services mix, the pricing and discounting strategy and to set the direction for clear and profitable sales growth.
- Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
- Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
- Identification and development of opportunities with existing customers
- Developing and implementing a communication plan to address existing and potential new customers considering all forms of media
- Review, identification and participation to events and exhibitions
- Market research to guide future strategy – product development, service enhancement, pricing and discount policies, sales campaigns
- Define and manage the company’s marketing budget.
- Define Customer Service initiatives aimed to measure and improve customer satisfaction and retention and support the Sales Department in its implementation.
- Previous Sales / Marketing experience
- Creative, dynamic with a high level of business acumen and initiative
- Excellent project management and organisational Skills
- Excellent Data Analysis Skills
- Marketing Qualification – Degree or Professional Diploma or higher
- Experience using MS Excel Software for Data Analysis (Pivot, What-if Analysis, Analysis ToolPak)
- Fluent in English – French is welcome
