Junior Payroll & Admin Specialist

EBC HR Solutions is recruiting a Junior Payroll & Admin Specialist for one of its clients, an International Retail Group with over 4000 stores in Europe.



As a Payroll & Admin Specialist you will be responsible for:

50% Payroll activities, 50% Admin activities

  • Report different employees changes in Revisal;
  • Preparing different certificates for employees;
  • Process monthly payroll for company employees accurately and in a timely manner;
  • Review, analyze and verify payroll reports for accuracy and make necessary adjustments through established procedures, if needed;
  • Draw up monthly declarations and reports;
  • Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports as needed by management and accounting/finance;


We are looking for a person who:

  • Has at least 2 years of working experience in Payroll & Admin;
  • Has strong Excel skills (it’s a must);
  • Speaks English at a good level (a necessary requirement);
  • Has the ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments;
