HR Officer/Manager

We are recruiting for an international company, whose customers oversee the complex projects that combine a government’s technology with the day-to-day life of its citizens. All over the world, people travel safely through borders, trust local currency and carry reliable ID because of the information systems and documents that they design and build.


1. Provide support to GM, managers and staff to develop the skills and capabilities of staff.
-ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place
-provide advice and assistance with writing job descriptions
-provide advice and assistance when conducting staff performance evaluations
-provide staff orientations
-access funding for training and write proposals

2. Monitor staff performance and attendance activities
-monitor daily attendance and provide reports
-investigate and understand causes for staff absences
-provide basic counselling to staff
-provide advice and recommendations on disciplinary actions
-keeps accurate records for all holiday requests

3. Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff
-acts as recruiter for the positions available in the company
-manage Recruiting Agencies contacts
-draft, review and manage contracts with Recruiting Agencies
-prepare notices and advertisements for vacant staff positions
-schedule and organize interviews
-participate to exit interviews with all employees who leave the organization and analyze the conclusions

4. Coordinate activities concerning work safety, fire protection and health
-develop and implement health and safety plan for CBNIE
-promote workplace safety
-manage contracts with work safety third party training/advisers contractors
-manage contracts with health care providers

5. Provide reports, information and assistance
-provide advice and assistance to staff and management on pay and benefits systems
-explain employment standards and legislation such as workers compensation, labour standards
-prepares, tracks, controls and files personnel documents, according to legal and internal regulations
-prepares and provides to employees different reports
-prepares and updates the employees register and organizes registration of labour contracts to competent authorities

6. Perform other related duties as required
-maintains relationships with state institutions regarding salary payments, statements, services providers, third parties with whom he/she comes in contact for business matters
-covers Office Manager duties when Office Manager is unavailable (holidays, sick leave)



-University Degree
-Human Resources training

Knowledge of:

-PC: Windows, Word/Excel/Outlook
-English-writing/reading/speaking: good or very good skills
-labour legislation


-soft skills: initiative and determination, decisevness and risk taking, perspective and judgement, convincing and influencing, teamwork
