Credit Admin Specialist

Despre client

EBC HR Solutions is looking for a Credit Admin Specialist for a multinational Canadian company, present on the Romanian market since 1994.

Responsabilități

  • Daily monitoring of SAP interfaces and electronic data interface (EDI) of orders and billing reconciliations
  • Payments reconciliation, posting, clearing andworking with authomatic management of customer payments (Lockbox)
  • Internal/ External requests and inquires management
  • Act as SPOC for external parties such as banks and financial institutions
  • Ensures proper account management as per assigned portfolio

Cerințe

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & French 
  • Experience with SAP ERP system and Microsoft Office
  • Strong financial analysis skills
  • Deep analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong negotiation and decision making skills
  • Significant experience in finance or credit related field
  • Relevant knowledge for OTC processes including credit risk and financial analysis
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Expertise in Order-to-Cash function including best practices, technologies, processes, procedures and tools
